Who am I?

My name is Jeffrey, and I love to run. A bullet point history:

  • Track Sprints
  • Handful of Mud Runs
  • 2x 10 Milers
  • 5x Half Marathons
  • 3x 50K Ultramarathons
  • 1x 6 Hour Ultramarathon
  • 1x 50 Mile Ultramarathon

I've also had a fair amount of injuries:

  • Ankle Sprains (multiple, each ankle)
  • Patellofemoral Pain Syndrom (PFPS)
  • IT Band Syndrome (ITBS)
  • Running-Induced Naseua

I've set PRs. I've DNF'ed. I haven't done it all, but I've done most! I've logged over 1,000 hours of running over nearly two decades. Doing anything for that long yields some lessons from other runners, as well as some lessons learned the hard way. My goal is to shorten your growth curve and save you time so that you can run farther faster!
